Yogic levels of learning
In the practice of yoga, there is a structured progression of learning and mastery often referred to as “Yogic levels of learning.” These levels represent a journey of self-discovery, physical and mental growth, and spiritual awakening. - Hatha Yoga:

- Raja Yoga:

- Karma Yoga:

- Tantra Yoga:

- Kundalini Yoga:

- Siddha Yoga:
