Technique:
- Find a Comfortable Seated Posture:

- Perform Gyan Mudra (Gesture of Knowledge):
- Join the tips of your index fingers and thumbs on both hands, forming a circle. This is Gyan Mudra.
- Place the Hands:
- Bring your hands close to your chest or heart center, keeping the Gyan Mudra intact.
- Position the Elbows:
- Allow your elbows to rest comfortably at your sides or on your thighs.
- Close the Eyes:
