LAULIKI / LAUKIKI/ NAULI
Basically laukiki yog is none other than Nauli Kriya, wherein stomach and intestines are moved from one side to the other side. By this gastric fire is increased and gastric troubles are cured.
TRATAKA
Gazing steadily without winking at any small object, until tears starts flowing, is called Trataka. This practice is said to develop Sambhavi Siddhis and certainly all diseases of the eyes are cured and clairvoyance is attained (Also consider the deficiency of Vitamin A. We have discussed about it in detail in our course of Dietictics and Nutrition .).
