As the name suggests, Kapahoni Shakti Vikasaka exercise (Kaphoni (kohani) means elbow), cures malformation of the elbows and strengthens the joints.

Exercise A
Clench your fists with your thumbs tucked in.
Raise your clenched fists forward to the level of the shoulders with a jerk, holding the upper arm stiff. Then bring them down, reverting to the original position.
Beginners may try 25 times.
Exercise B
- Open your palms and turned front with the fingers close together.
- Repeat the exercise `A’ jerking your arms from the elbow up and down as before.
- When doing this exercise, the palms must come up to the level of the shoulders and then down straight. The elbows should remain stationary.
- The palms must not touch the shoulder when going up, nor touch the thighs when coming down.
Beginners may try 25 times.
