CSIR- Traditional Knowledge Digital Library Unit (TKDL Unit) invites online application for the posts of Senior Project Associate ( Yoga), Project Associate-II (Yoga) and Project Associate-I (Yoga) .
The vacancies are under the project titled “Digitization of Indian Systems of Medicine – Ayurveda and Unani, and Yoga” (MLP0004). The candidates will be appointed on Contract basis initially up to 31st March, 2022 and maximum until 31st March, 2025. 1. Senior Project Associate (Yoga) Code: TKD408 – 1 Post (Location: Vigyan Suchna Bhawan, 14, Satsang Vihar Marg, Spl. Institutional Area, New Delhi – 110067)
Educational Qualification:
Master’s degree in Yoga from a recognized University or equivalent; and four years’ experience in R&D in Industrial and Academic Institutions or S&T Organisations and Scientific activities and service
OR
Doctoral Degree in Yoga from a recognized University or equivalent
Rs. 42,000/-+HRA
Age Limit: 40 years. The age limit is relaxable for candidates of statutory groups as per CSIR/Govt. of India instructions on the subject.
2. Project Associate-II (Yoga) Code: TKD409 – 2 Posts (Location: Vigyan Suchna Bhawan, 14, Satsang Vihar Marg, Spl. Institutional Area, New Delhi – 110067)
Educational Qualification:
Master’s Degree in Yoga from a recognized University or equivalent; and two years’ experience in R&D in Industrial and Academic Institutions or S&T Organisations and Scientific activities and service.
- Rs. 35,000/-+HRA to scholars who are selected through (a) National Eligibility Tests – CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) or GATE or (b) A selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions
- Rs. 28,000/-+HRA for others who do fall under (i) above
Age Limit: 35 years. The above age limits are relaxable for candidates of statutory groups as per CSIR/Govt. of India instructions on the subject.
3. Project Associate-I (Yoga) Code: TKD410 – 4 Posts (Location: Vigyan Suchna Bhawan, 14, Satsang Vihar Marg, Spl. Institutional Area, New Delhi – 110067)
Educational Qualification:
- Rs. 31,000/-+HRA to scholars who are selected through (a) National Eligibility Tests – CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) or GATE or (b) A selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions
- Rs. 25,000/-+HRA for others who do fall under (i) above
Age Limit: 35 years. The above age limits are relaxable for candidates of statutory groups as per CSIR/Govt. of India instructions on the subject.
Job Requirement:
Preference will be given to those with proficiency in applicable languages, computers and commonly used software
