Ways to Handle Daily Stress:
(i) Yogic Breathing Techniques
(ii) Meditation
Delta : 1-4 cycles per second : Deep Sleep
Theta : 5-8 cycles per second : light sleep, Meditation
Alpha : 9-12 cycles per second: relaxed wakefulness
Beta: 13-30 cycles per second : Processing, stress, obsessiveness, worry.

Objective is to move deeper from beta to alpha to theta to delta.

MSBR : Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (Jon Kabat-Zin)

(iii) IRT, DRT, QRT (Progressive Muscular Relaxation Technique)

(iv) Yogic Exercises: Countering the effects of Fight/Flight Response

(v) Prayer

(vi) Journaling – Writing – to clarifying thought and feelings – Knowing Yourself

(vii) Sharing with Therapist (Psychotherapy) or impartial friend.

(viii) Tapping Therapy or Emotional Freedom Technique
