Keep your feet close together, your hands formed into fists with the thumbs tucked in.
Exercise/ Technique of Bhuja Bandh Shakti Vikasak
- Bend the elbows and raise the forearms at the angles of 90 degrees.
- Throw your arms vigorously forwards and backwards at shoulder level.
- The elbows must not go further back than the starting position.
- When pushed, the arms should be parallel to the ground.
- Breathe normally.
Beginners may practice 25 times.
