Technique of Chin Mudra

The tip of the thumb and the index finger touch each other to form a circle. The remaining fingers are straight. Place the palms on the thighs.

Effects

It is important psycho-neural finger lock which allows the energy that would normally dissipate into the environment to travel back into the body and upto the brain.

Technique of Chinmay Mudra

The thumb and the index finger form a circle. The remaining fingers are clenched into the palm. Place the hands in the middle of the thighs.

Effects:

This mudra helps to concentrate the prana in the thoracic section.

Technique of Adi mudra

Place the thumb into the palm of the hand and close the fingers around it. Place the hands near the groin.

Effects:

This mudra helps to send the prana to the upper lobes of the lungs and it is thus useful for clavicular breathing.
