I think you are asking about how to do these mudras. These mudras are already illustrated at the following URL:

These mudras should be done for 15 minutes each in the morning, afternoon and evening to have their beneficial effects.

I am reminded here of the sectional breathing where three mudras are adopted for individual breathings - chin mudra for abdominal breathing, chinmay mudra for thoracic breathing and adi mudra for clavicular breathing (shoulder breathing). I will explain if any question is raised related to these mudras.
