We need to know the case history of the patient in one to one consultation, if he/she is on any medications & then work slowly deep breath to teach him/ her, he / she should learn to have patience, few simple poses - stretching-bending-twisting exercises, if younger group, may practice Tad-asana[Mountain Pose}, Triangle pose & Sitting twist poses are great.

Relaxing in savasana with very light music on the back ground.Teaching them to be patience is main thing.  There are many relaxation techniques that can be learnt like Instant Relaxation Technique, Quick Relaxation Technique, and Deep Relaxation Technique.

The person with such disorder is always in rush & wants every thing to be cleaned, organised. Deal according to the person's situation.

As a general response to this question, it can be said that yoga can be beneficial for individuals with personality problems such as split personality or obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). However, it's important to consult a qualified yoga teacher or healthcare professional before beginning any new practice, especially if you have any pre-existing condition.

Here are a few tips for practicing yoga with personality problems:

Mindfulness practices: Mindfulness practices such as yoga and meditation can help to improve emotional regulation and reduce symptoms of personality problems such as OCD.

Pranayama: Pranayama practices such as Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) and Ujjayi (victorious breath) can help to calm the mind and reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression.

Yoga therapy: Yoga therapy, which is the use of yoga practices to support health and well-being, can be helpful in addressing the underlying emotional and psychological issues associated with personality problems.

Yoga Nidra: Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation that can help to reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, and is beneficial for individuals with personality problems.

Asanas: Asanas such as child's pose, seated forward bend, and supine twist can help to release tension in the body and improve emotional regulation.

It's important to note that people with personality disorders should work with a trained therapist or counselor in addition to a qualified yoga teacher to address the underlying emotional and psychological issues. Yoga can be a complementary practice, but it's not a substitute for medical treatment.
