These mudras should be done for 15 minutes each in the morning, afternoon and evening to have their beneficial effects.
I am reminded here of the sectional breathing where three mudras are adopted for individual breathings - chin mudra for abdominal breathing, chinmay mudra for thoracic breathing and adi mudra for clavicular breathing (shoulder breathing).
