Natal as an adjective means birth. Pre means before. So yoga during pregnancy before birth is called pre natal yoga. These are specific yoga packages trimester wise which are designed to facilitate the mother and easier pregnancy.

Similarly, after the child is born, the yoga for women is post-natal yoga to facilitate the mother for post-pregnancy challenges like weak pelvic floor, weak abs, fatigue, painful neck and shoulders, etc.

Obviously, prenatal yoga and post natal yoga will bear difference in postures.
