You need to take help of the following techniques:
(i) Instant Relaxation Technique - in supine position, stretch and tighten feet and their muscles and then calf muscles and continue with upper parts of the body till you reach the facial muscles and when the entire body is tightened, release yourself and relax.
(ii) Deep Relaxation Technique: Step by Step relaxe your lower parts of the body, middle parts and then upper parts of the body by moving awareness to them and autosuggesting yourself - relaxing them. It will cause you relaxation in 10-15 minutes.
(iii) Deep Breathing: For the counts of 1 to 4, breathe in deeply and for the counts 4 to 1, breathe out completely. Do 7 rounds of this practice.
(iv) With all of the above or any of the above, stretch yourself erectly. Then while breathing in, move your arms upwards and move back your arms while breathing out. Repeat 10 times.
