Yoga and pilates is. great for healthy living.We stretch, we add energy and feel more positive towards life. Stretching regularly can make you feel more confident but body anatomy can't change in my opinion.It depends upon the age.Practicing Tadasana every day and stretching before real yoga poses is great.Stretching on the bar is wonderful.Strengthening spine, rooting feet down can improve your alignment and strengthen your core.
