Your mentioned constipation for migraine. Explain please

The food we take leaves wastage which is the responsibility of bowels to throw it out. If the bowels which are anatomically part of alimentary canal do not work efficiently, this waste matter remains lodged in the colon or even in the small intestine for several days giving rise of highly dangerous toxins. These toxins get into the current of the blood through the walls of the bowels adn poison the blood; and the poisonous blood being circulated throughout the body. This accummulation of toxins material can accordingly be cause of migraine.

When system is not relaxed, belly and digestion does not work well.Clients don't eat well and they feel nausea.No appetite.Tension and constipation go hand in hand.Relaxation not with medications rather antigravity yoga under supervision or three legged dog on the wall.

It has also been seen that the constipation, i.e. accummulation of multiple days' faecal matter in the large intestine  and rectum triggers headache as the fermentation and too much storage of faecal matter strains the bowel movement. In some cases, it is also seen that after the patient is relieved of constipation through yoga therapy or shatkarmas (detoxification techniques of yoga) or enema, they are relieved of headaches.

Even I have seen that most of the diseases arise only due to chronic constipation. That's why in naturopathy, it is usually said that if the middle region of the body is ok, all regions of body are ok, interpreting that if any body is careful of his diet and daily defecation, then there will be no health issues.
