Very interesting subject as I read the heading my life really started in a beautiful way after 60.I am born in India ,lived United States since 1966.Moved to United States with my Physician and surgeon husband, very ambitious with his professional life.Focusing on his surgical training day and night, being lonely, culturally shocked and had no idea about cooking food, unaware about Indian groceries.Lived on bread and milk.Learnt the hard way to survive, I was college graduate from Khalsa College Amritsar,PB.India and had English major.Ignorance, naive and shy Indian woman raised three loving and successful children, joined from one school to other.Did my internship from Mental health Institution, learnt through clients painful stories.Continued my taekwondo training,Ananda yoga and felt blessed to teach LNRC.2003.Traveling and teaching through taekwondo and Ananda yoga to understand and pass on my values to the world,Be fearless, stay engaged in activities, love your families, neighbours ,community and help the needy as a volunteer.Learnt real values of life through community projects.Felt rooted and understood, we all human beings are basically same, pretend to be different.Yoga taught me be yourself and enjoy the life connecting internally with moral values and faith on God.I am blessed at the age of 80.Practice yoga and stay engaged and never loose your sense of humor. Read important articles, share your knowledge with others, listen others, give space to your family, enjoy healthy mealie happy with yourself, inner bliss with meditation and give unconditional love to the world.Gratitude to God.Never be judgmental ,celebrate others victories.Live each day as this is the last day on earth.Live simple and enjoy God's blessings on the family.
