Preganancy C section operation ke jakham ko theek hone mein 4-5 mahin lagte hai. Aur kapalbhati se pet par dabaav padtaa hai. Isliye 5 mahine ke baad kapalbhati ka abhyaas kiya jaaye toh behtar rahega, anyatha nuksaan ho sakta hai. Usse pehale kuch sukshama vyayam ka abhyaas kiya jaaye, toh aur behtar rahega.
