Hello, I'd like to start doing yoga, but if possible without a teacher. What do I need to start? Can you tell me some beginner's techniques of breathing, meditation or poses to start with? How much time a day should I spend doing yoga, etc?

These three pictures show three basic poses taught by Veena Grover. Practice at your leisure and in moderation. However, make an effort to practice it once a day. If it suits you, you can increase the amount and intensity of your practice. Make sure you don't wear yourself out. Relax and enjoy. Blessings
