Yoga can be a beneficial practice for individuals with fatty liver and those who are overweight. Here are a few yogic practices that may be particularly beneficial:

Asanas (postures): Certain asanas, such as the seated forward bend (paschimottanasana), the cobra pose (bhujangasana), and the locust pose (shalabhasana), can help to improve liver function and reduce the symptoms of fatty liver.

Pranayama (breathing techniques): Pranayama practices such as the bellows breath (bhastrika) and the victorious breath (ujjayi) can help to increase the metabolism, which can aid in weight loss.

Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation): This sequence of postures can help to increase cardiovascular fitness, improve digestion and strengthen the muscles.

Kapalbhati: This pranayama is also known as the "skull shining breath" and is known for its ability to activate the abdominal muscles and internal organs, which can help to reduce weight.

Meditation and Yoga Nidra: These practices can help to reduce stress, which can be a contributing factor to weight gain and fatty liver.

It's important to note that while yoga can be beneficial, it's not a substitute for medical treatment, and it's best to consult with a qualified yoga teacher or healthcare professional before beginning any new practice, especially if you have any pre-existing condition. Also, diet and lifestyle changes should also be incorporated along with yoga practice to see better results
