So, they can prevent\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Carpal_tunnel_syndrome\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">carpel tunnel syndrome<\/a> with this exercise.
