Your feet should remain on the ground, with your knees closed. Go down as far as you can.<\/p>\n<p>Holding your breath, stand up while your arms describe one full circle as in\u00a0 udarasakti vikasakasa and, on completing the circle, they should be held before your chest, arms bent at elbows, fists touching each other.
