They can also act as Evaluator and assessor of Yoga professionals. Can teach in studios, Institutions, colleges\/ universities\/ Institutions of higher Learning.<\/p>\n<p>The Department of Ayush has also defined personal attributes for this level &#8211; Yoga Teacher and Evaluator as good communication skills, time management skills and ability to understand the body language of the trainees. Their job requires individual to possess key qualities such as self discipline, confidence, maturity, patience, compassion, active listening, time management, empathetic, language proficiency, engaging with students, dedication to teaching, ability to build caring relationships with students, friendliness and approachability, Independent, credible, analytical skills etc.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"fittexted_for_content_h3\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Requirement_Eligibility\"><\/span><span id=\"Requirement\/_Eligibility\" class=\"ez-toc-section\"><\/span>Requirement\/ Eligibility<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>For open candidates there is no eligibility criteria.<\/li>\n<li>For admission in the course, it is suggested\/ desired that the candidate should be graduate in any stream from a recognized University or equivalent. However, the Yoga Institutions can define their own eligibility.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3 class=\"fittexted_for_content_h3\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Minimum_Age_for_Yoga_Protocol_Instructor_Certification\"><\/span>Minimum Age for Yoga Protocol Instructor Certification<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Any person of any age can apply for this certification.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"fittexted_for_content_h3\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Duration_of_Course\"><\/span>Duration of Course<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Not less than 800 hours or not less than 15 month as part time or not less than 9 month as full time course.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"fittexted_for_content_h3\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Syllabus_Marks_Distribution\"><\/span><span id=\"Syllabus_Mark_Distribution\" class=\"ez-toc-section\"><\/span>Syllabus &amp; Marks Distribution<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>The Total Marks of Exam for Certification of Yoga Protocol Instructor is 200. Out of this, theory Part will be of 80 marks and the Practical of will be 120.<\/p>\n<p>Theory Exam consists of 80 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.askyogaexpert.org\/blog\/ugc-net-yoga-mcq-qci-practice-tests\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Multiple Choice Questions<\/a>, each of 1 mark. All the questions are compulsory. The duration of theory exam is 2 hours. You are required to secure minimum passing marks, otherwise you will not be proceeded for practical exam. Hence, you will need to attend the theory exam by paying the exam fee again at the next available date of examination.<\/p>\n<p>The candidate is required to attain 70% marks, out of the total of theory plus practical. It means that you will required to get 140 marks to clear the exam and get certified. You will required to secure 42 (70%) out of 60 marks of Theory exams and 98 (70%) out of 140 Marks of Practical exams.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"fittexted_for_content_h4\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Theory_Part\"><\/span>Theory Part<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>The duration of the theory examination is <strong>2 hours<\/strong>. The candidates shall mark the answer in Optical Mark Reader (OMR) sheet. There is <strong>no negative marking <\/strong>in the written examination.Theory exam paper is <strong>bilingual<\/strong> \u2013 English &amp; Hindi.
