Generally, the sport coaches focus on neutralising the imbalance caused by one sided over use of the limbs.
However you can use yogic exercises to counter the imbalance.
Tadasana, tirayak tadasana, katichakarasana, bhujangasana, shalabhasana, chakrasana would help you in strengthening back muscles. Allow relaxation with makrasana or shashankasana after each asanas.
