Focus on diet - avoid non-veg, excess tea/coffee. Take purely vegetarian diet.
Try to take more water 3-4 days before menstruation. The water should not be cold. Simple water, however, luke warm in winter.
Donot attend to yogic exercises during menstruation.
During the normal days,

practice of the Moolabandha is helpful. But if it gives some unpleasant effect, immediately stop it.

Vajrasana, shashankasana and abdominal breathing are helpful. You can also do gradually inverted asanas - sarvangasana as it has good effects on this disorder. However, strictly avoid during menstruation.

Surya Namaskar (12 exercises) are helpful in balancing the nervous and endocrine system.

Naadi Shuddhi and Bhramari Pranayamas are helpful.

Under cleansing actions, neti and laghu shankhprakshalan are helpful.
