Which yoga is for beginners?

As regards physical culture of yoga , one should start with sukshama vyayama (48) as designed by Swami Dhirender Brahmachaari and then move to yogasanas alongwith surya namaskar. Side by side, one should adopt shatkarmas also to have purificatory benefits.

Beginners should take the help of qualified yoga professionals to achieve the basic knowledge of the yoga tradition.
